TOWN TUNDRA

TOWN TUNDRA – российская группа из Мурманска. Собранная в 2009 году, команда позиционирует свой стиль как «melodic-death-metal». В состав Town Tundra вошли музыканты известных локальных составов Alexx W. Crow (вокал; ex-Demiurg, ex-Naily), Alex Лаврентьев (гитара; ex-Banana Skin), Александр Чежин (бас; ex-Naily, Deva Obida), Илья ‘William’ Дюжин (ударные; ex-No Hope, ex-Naily) и Владимир Коптяев (гитара; ex-Battle Axe).
Многолетний опыт выступлений участников группы как в России, так и за рубежом (Норвегия, Швеция, Германия), их профессиональная работа в известнейших студиях звукозаписи (Finnvox и Tico-Tico, Фин.), а также успешное сотрудничество с продюсерами Mika Jussila, TT Oksala (HIM, Apocalyptica, Stratovarius, Children of Bodom) и Ahti Kortelainen (Sonata Arcticа, Sentenced) делают Town Tundra не просто успешным концертно-студийным мурманским проектом, но и одним из ярчайших коллективов Северо-Запада России.
Зимой 2010 года музыканты TOWN TUNDRA отправились в Финляндию, где в легендарной студии Tico-Tico записали свои первые демо-треки, вошедшие в самоспродюсированный mini-EP «Hate Parade».

В августе 2014г. после напряженной двухлетней работы, полной творческих экспериментов, преодоления препятствий, поисков, откровений и вдохновения, на лейбле «FONO LTD» состоялся релиз полноформатного дебютного альбома «Telegonia».
«Telegonia» - устаревшая биологическая концепция, до сих пор использующаяся некоторыми ложными святошами и пуританами в качестве «научного аргумента в пользу целомудрия» - это иносказательное обозначение грехов прошлых поколений, изъянов и пороков исторического прошлого, накопленных и неизжитых, рогами и копытами выпирающих из каждой щели современного бытия, эхом отдающихся в каждом последнем слове, воздаяния и наказания за которые рушатся на головы часто ничего не подозревающего нынешнего поколения, тянут назад и вниз, не дают преодолеть бездну отчаяния, воспрянуть над животной сутью и эшелонами невежества и привести Человека к Совершенству, а его Мир - к Гармонии

CIRCLE OF INDIFFERENCE

COI is essentially a one-man metal project, with the exception of vocals and a handfull of solos. Thanks to the wonderful technology of today, it is possible to create recordings of more than acceptable quality in the comfort of your own home, with relatively low cost compared to the pro-studio requirement of the past. In addition, it completely removes distracting and stressful time constraints and monetary issues, as you have all the time in the world in the comfort of your own home. The only cost is the initial one, spending years on the recording process itself incurs no additional cost at all. Not including session musicians, obviously :)

Also, with the advances of the Internet and high speed access to it, you can not only reach out to fellow musicians in almost every corner of the world, you can create and record music together without ever having to meet in person. Not that I mind physical presence, but like renting a professional studio, time and money would be a big issue.

The people that contributed to this album have never met in person. I live in Sweden, Brandon in Belgium, Tyler in Canada, Aybars in Germany and Nikki in the USA. I think this is totally awesome! This album would have been difficult to create just a decade ago, and even further back, impossible.

Once the music is created and ready to be shared, once again technology comes to the rescue. With just a few clicks you can make it available to the entire planet, at little, or even no cost at all. How cool is that, that self-produced independent music can easily have listeners and fans in the most unpredictable of places! Some complain that it is more difficult to stand out these days, as the music easily drown in the white noise of the millions upon millions of songs that are out there. I do agree with that, that it is more difficult today to find those tracks that really make an impression on you, as in the past that initial narrow filtering was done exclusively by the record labels.

But I will gladly accept that extra work as a listener over having to solely rely on labels to make the correct choice for me, any day! As a hobby musician, even if you only reach through to a tiny, tiny, tiny fraction of the world's population, you will still have touched thousands of people. And that possibility means everything to me. In most respects, things were NOT better in the past as far as I am concerned. I regularly find music that really moves me that would never have found it's way to my ears in the past, because no record label would have signed them. And most likely, you would not be reading this, or listening to my music either.

This is a very good time to be alive, people. Don't waste it!

Folk/Melodic Death Metal from the swamps of Denmark is here to draw any unwelcome guest inside the murky depths...
Sylvatica started as a folkish black metal projekt in the year 2009 by friends Pelle Buch and Rasmus Kaibe, who, while listening to Svartsot, in a drunken haze decided that they wanted to start a folk metal band. Realizing that none of them could play flute, and they needed a guitarist, they called Jardén Schlesinger the same night and he was added to the "line-up" after that, and the flute was scrapped.

The first Sylvatica release was the song Mjölner og Mjöd, which quickly became a local hit in their hometown Nyborg, even though it was very poorly recorded and mixed, by Kaibes bigger brother, they started getting a name for themselves, and after a couple of line-up changes, Sylvatica recorded their first EP / demo Sagn og Sagaer in late 2010 with the new line-up, consisting of Jardén Schlesinger and Jannik Ravn on guitars, Thomas Haxen, replacing Kaibe, on bas and Pelle Buch on drums. This release earned the band livejobs with Vanir and Svartsot.

After a couple of months, the band decided in the summer of 2011 to record a new EP / demo called Mosemanden, but this time without Jannik, who decided to leave the band. For the promotional live shows after the recording, the band took in guitarist Thor Stokholm, who filled in for Jannik for a few shows untill they found a permanent replacement in Martin Hamann, who joined the band just before the Mjød og Mædl tour in 2011. After 2012 Martin Hamann was no longer a part of Sylvatica

Having toured all of Denmark in 2011 and 2012, the band has now gradually upgraded itself from a spare-time hobby to a fully fledged band, looking for a label to support it's debut-album. The band has, however, not stepped back in regards to live performances, still actively playing concerts whenever possible, the band is both playing nationally, and abroad, if possible, so keep your eyes open, Sylvatica might just one day bring the swamps to your doorstep, and deliver a show you won't soon forget.

IN MY EMBRACE

In My Embrace as a project have been existing since 2004. Songs were written but was never seriously recorded, until 2012-2013. The result of that is the EP Dead to Dust Descend, released by Sliptrick Records spring 2014. An animated lyric video is also released to the title track.

Their music has by others been described as a mix between Dissection, Immortal, The Moaning, Dark Funeral and Arckanum when they've listened to the different songs. That's up to the listener to decide. We play what we play as our music gets written.

The project is driven by two members, Johan and Bosse. We both write all music, Bosse all the lyrics. We both play the guitars (.B. lead guitar, .J. rhythm guitar) and Johan does the bass guitar and most of the vocals. The drums are done by Tommy 'Ymer' Holmer (the drummer from Planet Rain, vocalist in Undivine and creator of Rimthurs amongst others).
The EP [Dead to Dust Descend] is mixed and mastered by Jonas Lindström (Studio Apocalypse), the drummer in bands like Isole/Ereb Altor/Undivine.

BLOODHUNTER is an extreme metal band born in Galician lands in 2008 from the hand of sole founding member and main songwriter Fenris (ex-Shroud of Tears, ex-YIDORAH). After several changes in the lineup and concept, Diva Satanica joins the band whose guttural vocal assault helped drift the band into more extreme territories. The current lineup is established in late 2012, with their first work seeing the light in early 2013.

Their last and self-titled album was released via Suspiria Records on April 23rd, 2014

ENDZEIT

Apocalyptic Raw Black Metal from Lahti (Finland).

Endzeit was conceived in late 2012 when the ‘Years of Hunger’ EP was written. Intentionally set out to be a raw black metal project by Polaris, the recruitment of Schwarz on vocals, Samuli on drums and Pyry on bass has turned Endzeit into a band venturing to spread pure black metal.

Lyrically the songs deal with a futureless life in a post-apocalyptic world. References to religious contexts can be found, yet reflecting a godless narrative. The inspiration to embed the decay of life, the decay of happiness and the absence of a future into the band’s musical and lyrical concept was triggered by the decay of the city of Detroit where modern capitalism has failed. Only haggard human shadows now dwell in the smouldering rubble.
