STAR INSIGHT

Star Insight is a Finnish melodic/symphonic metal band which was founded in Seinäjoki back in 2005, but is now located in Lapua. After four self-released records the band inked a deal with Finnish record label Inverse Records. Their debut album “Messera” will be released worldwide in August 1st 2014.

In their music they mixed a lot of different elements. In addition to symphonic parts, you can also hear industrial sounds, punk riffs, ambient and also some power metallic drum pedaling. Vocals are traditional roaring which are filled in with clean vocals. The lyrics are primarily fictional and the theme is everything between heaven and earth.

The songs for the album are carefully selected from broadest possible musical scale. This close half-hour package contains a lot of different songs and moods.

PLANET RAIN

PLANET RAIN was originally started sometime around 1997 by Pär Sving (ex-Necrocide).By 2004 the first self-titled demo, containing 5 original tracks and 2 covers, was recorded and released under the name of Zweihander.

In the spring/summer of 2006 guitarist Johan Sjöblom (ex-Well of Tears, ex-DiiMinores) and bass player Jimmy Mattsson (ex-AutumnMoon) joined the band. In October that same year, 3 songs for a second demo ("Departure") was recorded in MHM studios in Gävle and the band also changed their name to Planet Rain.

During the beginning 2007 the band released a re-recorded version of "Departure" (named "Re-parture"). Some gigs followed but most of the year was spent recording material for second demo "Fracture" (at various locations and occations). The new demo was finally released in October. 
Shortly after Johan decided to leave the band to focus on other things. A replacement was found in Bosse Öhman (In My Embrace) who stayed and performed with the band (including the appereance at Metal Camp in Slovenia and a succesfull two date tour of Finland) althrough 2008 but was forced to leave the band in early 2009 due to tinnitus-related hearing problems.

During spring 2009 the band recruited Sami Mäki (Undivine, ex-Altered Aeon) and started working on what would become the first album. 
A whole bunch of gigs was also played during the years, a.o. a second tour of Finland and festivals Rockstad Falun (2011) and Getaway Rock Festival (2011 & 2012).

Finally the debut album "ANTICHTHON" was released in june 2012 by the band themselves. Shortly before the release Jimmy quit the band, a replacement was found in Marcus Karlsson (Skratched, Doomsday Disciples). Sami and Planet Rain went their separate ways summer 2012. All through 2012 PLANET RAIN has been busy recording their second album which will be released in 2014.

Bukovina is a historical region in Central Europe, currently divided between Ukraine and Romania, located on the northern slopes of the central Eastern Carpathians and the adjoining plains.

The territory of Bukovina had been part of Moldavia since the 14th century. It was first delineated as a separate district in 1775, and was made a nominal duchy within the Austrian Empire in 1849.

ELEGY OF MADNESS

The name of our second full lenght is BRAVE DREAMS: it refers to the courage people needs to live everyday’s life pursuing all their dreams. Brave Dreams is also an important research and experimentation by Dr P. Zamboni that is improving, in range of multiple schlerosis, the quality of life of many people affected from this disease. One of our aims is to make everybody knows about this useful research.We decided to support, with this album, the Italian CCSVI association that is interested in the Brave Dreams project. In our song “Brave Dreams” we have tried to describe the psychophysical condition of a person who discovered to be affected by this pathology. “She comes now to erase your dreams”, in the best years of your life when you are dreaming and planning your future (children, family, job). This song woul like to give a positive message to all people that always fight against multiple schlerosis or any other diseases: “but I think that life is beautiful” because we have the chance to appreciate every detail around us, before ignored. “In this life you didn’t realize to be a warrior ready to take his weapons and fight when everything seems to crumble” (by A. Tomasicchio).

Norikum, a young Melodic Death Metal band from Graz, Austria, was founded by vocalist Paul in 2008.
Norikum stands forfast and kick-ass guitar riffs, aggressive vocals and for complex drumming; it stands for modern metal without using trendy metaltools, such as breakdowns or voice pitching!
Noricum is the Latin name for a Celtic kingdom, or federation of twelve tribes, including most of modern Austria and part of Slovenia. It later became a province of the Roman Empire.

Imagine the fury, the fury of raging planet expressed in such dark art as metal. Specifically extreme metal. Now add to that layers of symphonic orchestra, with its richness and diversity of sounds. Lastly atop of this combo rides a true valkyrie, with a voice that can take you to heavens, or to the depths of hell. If you could imagine all of this, then you'll get the basic vision of Esperoza. 
Esperoza was founded Autumn 2010 in Chisinau, Moldova. Founding members Zoya (vocals, lyrics) and Dmitrii (guitar, composition & arranges) were disgusted with music that is considered today as "Symphonic Metal", and decided to create their own band, that would resemble a real Symphonic Metal. For the most time in past two years Esperoza was focused on creating material and finding fellow musicians, the latter, unfortunately, was fruitless, but the band did not give up that easily. So on December 31 2012 they released their debut E.P. "Tempest".
Musically, it is based upon classics of Death and Black Metal genres, combined with arranges for a symphonic orchestra, and a real dramatic soprano.
Lyrically, the band addresses intrapersonal conflicts, personal enlightenment, hypocrisy and malice of society, ecological problems, survival in unfriendly world and to some extent sci-fi.
