DOWNFALL

In 2012 Emil Frøsig initiated a solo project under the name ''Final Surge''.
After 3 years of intense work on the debut album '' A Place in Existence '' the line up was completed and ''Final Surge'' became ''Downfall''. The debut album was released in the spring of 2015 and the band has since played numerous concerts across the country. The musical inspiration of the 6 members ranges from the pop/rock, folk metal, singer/songwriter, thrash metal, to solid hard rock, which influences the music and creates the genre ''Crossover power metal''. With highly tuned drums, blistering guitar solos and powerful vocals, Downfall emphasizes that power metal is more than horseback riding and dragon slaying. Downfall knocks down the door to a power party and everyone is invited!
