Doomy Metal with various influences beyond that genre and characteristic vocals. In 2003 Ajana was founded as a solo project by Luise Markert alias Ajana who is responsible for songwriting, lyrics, vocals and other instruments. While recording the EP „Ruins“ (2010) and the debut album „Home In Decay“ (2012) she collaborated with guest musicians. „Home In Decay“ was recorded, mixed and mastered at Iguana Studios near Freiburg/Germany by Christoph Brandes. The second album was recorded 2015. As with ist predecessor it was produced at Iguana Studios. Cornelius Heck (drums/bass) and Simon Schillinger (guitars) acted as guest musicians. Ajana´s music could be rather described as doomy Metal with various influences beyond that genre and characteristic vocals.
Silence Lies Fear - modern melodic death metal band from Baku, Azerbaijan Republic. The band has recorded and released a debut album in 2012. Silence Lies Fear was founded in 2008 by Jakhangir Zeynalov and Asim Rahimov. They both loved death metal, so they've started to use and combine their thoughts to create heavy music. In their tracks they have a lot of melodic riffs and solos, which will touch your soul and let you feel the harmony of your mind. From time to time destroying this feeling with a brutal riffs. As if a moment ago you were floating in a calm water, but right now there's a storm ahead. Drums are saturated with drum fills, blast beats, and a massive double bass work to create a feeling of thunder and lightning and make you move your feet trying to grab something steady. The vocals are mostly growls and screams trying to show you how desperate the situation is, the depression, and clean vocals at times, because there is always some hope left. Lyrics cover topics of war, feelings, death, depression and etc. Currently the band finished second full lenght album which was mixed and mastered by Mr. Jacob Hansen (Hansen Studios) in 2014 and was released on 14th june 2015.
Bog[~]Morok started by Morok as a one-man-project back in 1997. He was full of desire to make loud, fast and technically sophisticated music. Some kind of death/black metal. Morok recorded three demos before releasing the first album named "Azoic" in 2003 on the CD-Maximum label. At that time Bog[~]Morok transformed from one-man-project into a real band, that played death/doom metal with strong influences of Paradise Lost, My Dying Bride and other bands like these, but with slight touches of modern metal and industrial. After that Morok decided to change the band's style once again. He was searching for a unique sound and musical structures. The objective was to make something different from everything one can ever listen to. The efforts resulted in the album named "Stadiae II" released by More Hate label in 2005. Actually, it is one of the best album in Bog[~]Morok 's discography. It's very personal and diverse, including such styles as: dark-metal, industrial, cyber-metal and goth-metal. This was where Morok found some truly unique sound which one could call Bog[~]Morok's own personal style. Then there was "Syn.thesis" (Sound Age, 2007), the album, which largely formed the band's unique style. The album "Decadence" (2010) was recorded with absolutely new line-up and it sounds quite different from the previous ones. Nu-metal with some touches of industrial and really heavy sound, with most of the lyrics written in Russian. The album "Неизбежность" ["Imminence"] was released in 2012 by Russian industrial label Artificial Sun. It contains three new tracks, re-recorded song from "Stadiae II" album, cover on Michael Jackson's song "Scream" and a lot of remixes made by Morok and friends from other bands. This album shows the other side of Morok's creation. After that live album "Live in Fishburg" was recorded and now it is available for free download Now Bog-Morok presents a new album called "Industrialypse". The best album the band ever recorded! It is fast and really heavy although it's filled with lots of synths and samples, melodic and personal, diverse and stylish at the same time. It is real industrial metal. Don't miss your chance to hear the music that does not leave you indifferent!
Sahhar's biography is quite simple, as what matters is the release dates; or more specifically, when I compile some tracks and put them for the public ey- err, ear. What also matter is the themes that come to my mind, both what comes as lyrical content and also what inspired the soundscape for the album.
As some of my more stoic followers will notice, each release has a particular sound, unique to all others. This is also true to the attempt of having a more professional sound as well, each album signifying a milestone of progress. Or so I try. As for the lyrics they are generally not published, though I'm more that willing to explain what on earth or hell I'm screaming.
1st gathering: 2006 - Qamar Gdid [New Moon].
Lyrically varying from depressing verses to utter misanthropy. Musically simple. And an utter inconsitency of recordings in the tracks. Only spread manually with peers no official release though. Might compile a digital anthology in the future.
1.2 Gathering: 2007 - Genesis of Demise.
First 'official' demo. Recording techniques are same in the main three tracks with the intro being nothing more than slow negative MIDI tones. My resources well always limited but I always try to be efficient with them. Lyrically on the offensive, quite shocking as the few who know will be able to tell.
The above releases were later compiled in one single anthology, 2nd Gathering. 2008 - Magija Sewda [Black Magic]
More tracks than it's predecessor, mostly faster too. Drums like clockwork on cocaine. Guitars dry and distorted but with increased skill. Lyrical themes might be shocking but this album has a more storyline approach to it, especially the last four tracks. They include necromancy, black magic inquisitorial topic. My interest in occult elements, on an academic basis, is public and this album expresses them rather vividly.
3rd Gathering - 2009 - Thine Triumphant Death
A split release tape with Iconic Destruction, lyrics to a particular track written by a friend of mine. Quite a good release with a good response probably because a record label was involved with the equation. It also was an overseas project. It was written rather quickly and same went with recording. Due to my tendency of writing lyrics slowly, compounded with the deadline I had, half the track were instrumental.
In 2010, I was working on another release but some issues in my life resulting into a horrible sound, or at least not the sound I was expecting. Also similar issues then eventually forced me into a sabbatical.
I returned to the horror in 2012. Said album, entitled simply III is available on bandcamp for free download nowadays.
4th Gathering - 2013 - Mera Mkissra [Broken Mirror]
Short, Crisp and varied with an immense effort on vocal variations. Soundwise is my most balanced yet and musically is more, impulsive with a major focus on the sound. Lyrically the theme is apocalyptic and maddening with some Semitic occult touches. There was a gap between my previous 'proper' release so I was rusty. I'm thankful for the motivation my friends and my wife gave me.
5th Gathering - 2014 - Difna Fl-Infern [Burial in Hell] I couldn't afford to replicate the vocal effort Mera Mkissra had due to my voice going tits-up a few months earlier. But it takes Mera Mkissra's sound and boost it to newer levels. Most of the tracks are in My second longest release it boasts 8 tracks and 36 minutes of sound. Lyrically is an amalgamation of both a journey and a depiction of hell with a lot of twists. This album also features a track which lyrically is not of my credit. I was glad the way this album turned out that I celebrated its 'launch' with a small event as well.
6th Gathering - 2014 - Posseduti bil-Ħażen [Possessed by Evil]
This is an E.P. driven with negative thoughts, and despite it was recorded not too far after the previous release, it boasts a very different sound from it's predecessor. The lyrics are quite spontaneus and reflect personal and private event which I endured during those times. Meant to be a split but to no avail, I published the short, extremely raw sounding release digitally
Late 2014: Sahhar united forces with Hibernacula records.
8th Gathering – 2015 – Kruha u Kefrija [Hideousness and Cruelty]
This was by far my most ambitious release, and it was worth all the effort, features several other artists contributing both to the art and the visuals on this release. Lyrically, it’s fuelled with anger, chaos and Kaballistic elements, and it’s dedicated to the memory of two very important people in my life which became one with the cosmos. The music is more intimate than others, having a more natural feel towards it.
This was also the time where I made my debut live performance with the helpful aid of my peers and fellow musicians. The performance was a success.
We were born out of the ashes of Mayadome (Google it) with the intention and starting position of ”anything goes”. We were fed up with rules of composition. Hence, Loch Vostok was born. I suggested we’d keep on working with Intromental Management, and both Claus Jensen and Lars F Larsen, while sad to see Mayadome go, were excited to see what we could do with this new thing. When we first started jamming, Alvaro (Romero Torres) Svanerö, Erik Grandin, Sebastian ”Zeb” Okupski, Niklas Kupper and me (Teddy Möller), we had no other intentions than to play live as much as possible, and have these long jam sessions with lots of beer and smokes. We really had a blast. Me and Alvaro had been jamming before and I was just tired of drumming so having the freedom of playing melodies & rhythms instead of just rhythms was really cool. Playing in a somewhat unorthodox band was also liberating, I could infuse whatever style I wanted and with all these awesome influences flowing, writing was so easy. Alvaro was an old school metal dude with a new found passion for fusion jazz and world music. Zeb was a power metal dude with classical training in piano and bassoon. Erik was an old school hard rock Sabbath/Rush/Rainbow kinda gentleman, along with a huge love for Pink Floyd, Genesis and the likes. Kupper was a skate punk, thrash, glam, Kerry King meets Yngwie J Malmsteen shredder whom I’ve met many times before but never really hung out with. I had no idea he was so fucking talented! Erik left the band after only a few months, he had fallen in love with a beautiful girl who happened to live in the US. I still miss playing with him, Erik was and is an awesome human being and a fantastic, super technical bass player with a groove from hell! I immediately called my old friend Tomas Tym Jonsson. He was a tight fucking guitarist who I really enjoyed playing and hanging out with (he was a member of pre-Mayadome act Mellow Poetry) so I knew he was gonna be a really good bass player. With this lineup we recorded our first album Dark Logic (or Dork Logic as an old friend once said) with Daniel Bergstrand. A great experience for the band. Only me and Alvaro had done albums before this so this was a huge task and high point for Kupper, Tym and Zeb.
We did a few shows in Sweden, Denmark and Holland following this album, maybe 10-12, can’t really remember. Suddenly Zeb was tired of rehearsing and wanted to move on and pursue a career as a metal singer (which didn’t happen, he joined a successful cover band instead) and I miss playing with Zeb as well. He is the funniest dude ever, always laughing and joking. Playing the Indiana Jones theme in the middle of songs was a favorite :) We started working on the follow-up ”Destruction Time Again” when all these shows piled up, so I called Andreas Lindahl and asked him if he would join the band and all he asked was ”Can I play fast as fuck?” What’s not to love about that? We got along great so he joined in for the recordings as well, we recorded most of DTA ourselves with the help of Carl Vikman who also helped me record and arrange vocals. I also asked the infamous Ron Jarzombek if he would record a guest solo, which he gladly did. Me and Kupper were so pissed off! His solo was so amazing we had to re-write and re-record all our solos in a week…but the end result was kick ass! Soon after that Andreas had to go, only because he lived so far away from the rest of the band and rehearsals were few and far between. Andreas did a killer job and is to this day, the only real musical genius I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Too smart for the rest of us retarded fucks! I produced a demo for a band, and the keyboardist and I became close friends, we got an offer to go on tour with King Diamond so I asked him if he would join us to which he replied ”Fuck yeah!” Enter Fredrik Klingwall. For the first time I had a lyrical partner with as big tin foil hat as me, which was very inspiring and motivational. We couldn’t have found a better member even if we would’ve searched for a hundred years. It really felt like we were a real unit again, and we started writing ”Reveal No Secrets” Later that year we went on tour with King Diamond! Enough said. You just can’t beat that, there is nothing to add. Tour was successful, we got back to writing, then went on tour again (with the help of the infamous Hultman!). This time with Danish power metal dudes Pyramaze. A short 3 date stint which totally kicked ass, we were so drunk the whole time it was ridiculous. The recording of RNS was really fun, we had tons of great ideas and with Klingwalls weird sense of melodies and structures, this was an unusual experience which I totally embraced. We did almost no shows after this release, just a few local ones. I was becoming increasingly busy with F.K.Ü. So there was a lot of dead space during the two following years. We were supposed to go on tour with Helstar (Kupper was on honeymoon so we had the awesome Mano Lewys filling in) but halfway down to Germany, our bus broke down, and with an economy already on the brink of financial suicide, we aborted immediately. This took a huge toll on many of us, and we started drifting apart. We were offered at least three really big tours to which we had to say no because of general lack of interest and funding from Kupper and Alvaros side. We were so sad to actually have to go to such extremes as giving them an ultimatum: In or out? Unfortunately they both decided to leave. I miss Alvaro. A massive groove machine with chops to die for, a super funny drinking partner and all round good guy. Fucking beautiful too… Jeebus, I hate Latinos… They look great, they cook awesome food and they fucking rule as musicians! Me, Klingwall and Tym had absolutely no intentions of quitting so we started to search for a new drummer. We tried out three kick ass dudes but decided none of them were as good as Alvaro. I was eager to start recording the new stuff I demoed, and thought of a great drummer I had seen live years ago. So I started digging thru my pile of promos and found one featuring Lawrence ”Lalle” Dinamarca. I contacted him and we’ve been jamming ever since. An awesome drummer with a sense of rhythm most drummers don’t have. He’s probably tighter than the click track! Playing with him is an honour. We also enlisted Mr Mano Lewys again, to fill up the void that Kupper left. We recorded ”Dystopium” with my friend and F.K.Ü. band mate Lawrence Mackrory and then got the offer to go on tour with Therion and Leprous. We said fuck yeah and started preparing/rehearsing like crazy. Tym has through the years had massive problems with a herniated spine for which he’s had surgery three times! His back was giving up on him again so he chose to step down for the tour but insisted we’d get a replacement. I called my old buddy Jimmy Mattsson and asked him if he’d step in and about ten minutes later he had taken leave from work and joined in. This tour was probably the best learning experience I’ve ever had, and since this was the first tour for both Jimmy and Lalle, they were so hyped up! Their excitement was so contagious I felt like a kid again. We became good friends with Leprous and Therion, and we’d love to do it again. Back home, Tym said ”Jimmy’s been with you guys for this whole tour and is basically already in the band so I’ll step down” and Jimmy was so happy to be a full member. I missed Tym very much, but not for long. Him and I played together in Detained only six months later and it was great jamming with the dude again (he’s back to playing guitar btw). Mano left the band short after the tour, I miss him too, a super talented, awesomely good looking Chilean tiger! (did I mention I hate Latinos?) Since we were still friends, we asked Kupper to join us for a local show. We rehearsed a couple times and I immediately felt the magic of his playing and his aura. It was so much fun jamming with the Kup again. After the show Kupper said ”I didn’t want the show to end, when we reached the end of the set I was like, fuck I wanna play more” so we asked him to rejoin the band full time. Kupper is back. The circle is now a fucking labyrinth, but the magic is there, the determination has never been stronger, and the sense of unity is unquestionable. Later that year we recorded the video for ”Sacred Structure” with super awesome ninja boss chief master Martin Gustafsson, and finally got a deal for Dystopium. This time with the best label ever. ViciSolum is our home for three records now, and we will not disappoint Mr Thomas Hörnkvist. More quality to deliver, more touring to be done.

The band was formed in the middle of 2006 in Belarus by Pavel Drozdov and Kaira. From 2006 to 2009 Kaira and Pavel worked only with sessional musicians, both in studio and at concerts, releasing albums only in Russian. By that time three albums were released in Symphonic-Power-Metal style on the Russian leading label Irond Ltd. A long period of time each of these albums had been taking the first line in charts of Dark City magazine, the first musical Russian magazine of heavy music. With a new line up in 2009 the style of music and its sound radically changed. The following album «Child of Fire» sounded in Industrial – Symphonic – Metal style, it was released by Irond Ltd label and sparked interest of distributors and journalists from Australia, New Zealand, America and England. After performing several concerts the band started to work hard at their following album «Late Stone Age» and decided to record «Late Stone Age» and the following albums only in English. This decision was taken by the band members to show them outside Russia. Though after numerous requests from Russian fans the group released some singles in Russian. In 2010 «Late Stone Age» was rotated on metal-radios and took positive reviews. After that the album’s popularity dramatically increased among listeners of the West European countries and America. Thanks to that the band took the first line in Myspace charts among metals bands of the Russian Federation. In 2012 the group’s style started to sound more extreme and enriched the line up with the second vocalist. The group started to work at their next album «Not For Angels». Due to aggressive sound, alternative lyrics and emotional vocal technique, the band began a new stage of their development – Groove/MetalCore style. The album was recorded at Thelema studio, album mixing was made at Frost Records studio and in 2013 the album was released by a German company RecordJet and American label RockAlive Records. After the album release KAIRA presents 2 video “S.F.T.A” and “You Kill Me Slowly”, one of the videos was shot in a restricted zone that got status of an evacuation zone after the explosion of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. In the end of 2013 the band recorded a congratulation video Jingle Bells (in Hard Core style), as well as they recorded cover version for the song Mein Herz Brennt of the band Rammstein.

It's a mix between different metal music styles called: "Prophecy Metal" (clean female vocals, growling and screaming male vocals, clean background male and female vocals). A mixture of various metal styles comprise our unique sound. Rhythmically captivating guitar riffs, coupled with catchy melodic solos, orchestral keyboard parts, powerful drums, and a kicking bass round out the exceptional sound. Tempo, power, and sound melt together into a new type of heavy metal. In this way, Ancient Prophecy provides the backdrop for its lead singer, Jacki, who stretches out her hand to the audience so they can experience "Prophecy Metal". Ancient Prophecy - has the effect of a cattle brand: a glowing hot stamp on your musical taste! Our lyrics are about our personal relationship with God and the life of a believer.
